Resolution

As verified with the Engineering team, cum3 is not tested nor certified with EEM 12.6.4. 

Testing is in progress for EEM 12.6.4 certification on upcoming Cumulative 4 tentatively scheduled for the end of June. 

Once certification is complete, there will be a download link provided for certified EEM 12.6.4 with CUM 4.
