WCC is down Tried to restart , and it was not responding WCC not booting up

Intilaly we stopped the WCC services
Renamed the CA-wcc.log
Restarted the WCC services
We could see that the CA-wcc.log was stuck after initializing httpinvoker
We stopped the WCC services again and searched for any hung java processes.
We stopped csampmux process in task manager
This time when we restarted the WCC services we could see that there was an error
CAUAJM_E_10527 Timed out waiting for response from the AutoSys Application Server
We checked and found that the application server was hung
After retarting the application server services
Now the WCC is up and we can check the job statuses
