url_response probe cannot monitor website url

Issue/Introduction

Monitoring a website and get a http code 403 from the url_response probe. i.e http.Get() returned 403 (The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it.)

Verified can access site using curl with the same proxy setting but does not work from the probe

Release : 20.3.x/20.4

Component :url_response 4.50

Resolution

Can see below error in url_response probe logs

In this use case Nimsoft requests were blocked by a security policy.After this was corrected the url could be monitored from the url_response probe
