Issue/Introduction

Below error is observed in the Webfort server logs, what is the reason and how to address this?

Resolution

This error is observed if the UDS host entry or port number is not configured properly. To verify that please follow the below steps.

  • Login to Admin console with Master Admin credentials
  • Click on Services and Server configurations -> Administration Console
  • UDS Connectivity configurations screen comes up and you can verify if the Host and Port entries are correct. Here is a screen shot which shows the details.
