Issue/Introduction

CICS Team has noticed that test/development CICS regions are sending alerts to our production Sysview tasks. They can enter CALERTS XSYS to show this is happening. How to stop this?

Resolution

The data collection from the remote systems is an ongoing process since the connection is established. The user has an option to manage the view that will show data for certain definitions.  
To accomplish the task that will show CALERTS only from DEV and TEST systems but doesn't show the same data from PROD we suggest defining a GROUP that will contain DEV&TEST systems and then use the below command.

CALERTS XSGROUP GROUP_NAME
