nas AO Profile CLOSE rule for ntevl monitoring not working as expected

Issue/Introduction

Alarms seem to not close hence tickets are being created. nas AO profile to close was set to On arrival.

Cause

- nas AO profile versus preprocessor rule and nas regex configuration

Resolution

Created nas pre-processing rule for ntevl with new regex which uses an AND operator. This can be used/applied to other profiles.

Alarms were being preprocessed and not appearing when we sent a test message.

Rule is working.
