Issue/Introduction

Workflow email is not being sent from Workpoint Designer in 14.4CP1+CHF2 environment 

When submitting the request the below error is being thrown:

[Worker_mailq#MailQ1#WPDS_1] WARN  com.workpoint.queue.work.MailQWorker  - Exception caught during mail evaluation. MailFIFO=1, JobID = 1:WPDS, MailID=1:WPDS

Release : VAPP 14.4CP1+CHF2

Component : IdentityMinder(Identity Manager)

Resolution

Open a support ticket and request an HF while referencing DE533804.

This fix will also be included in 14.4CP2. Should 14.4CP2 be released when this issue is encountered, please upgrade to 14.4CP2.
