NTServices MCS Enhanced - alarms for new services cannot be turned off in Operator Console

Issue/Introduction

Using the ntservices MCS Enhanced profiles we are unable to disable alarms for new services. 

This functionality was possible via the probe IM and AC GUIs. 

 

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM OPERATOR CONSOLE - ALARM VIEWER

Resolution

A new ntservices_mcs_template snapshot v3.3 with the added functionality to enable/disable "Alert on new service startup" and "Alert on new service added" in the Setup ntservices template version 1.19.

Note: When "Automatically Add New Services" is disabled, these option will be enabled else it will inactive field.

This change will be part of the next GA / HF build.
