Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to OneClick we noticed that the OneClick performance was slow.  This can be seen with opening containers in the topology as well as moving users from one group to another.

We can see that the users have been moved from CLI on the SpectroSERVER, but sometimes OneClick does not update correctly until we launch a new OneClick client

Cause

Optimization of the OneClick code to improve OneClick performance.
