    - CAILIB on STEPLIB
    - DD SUBCHKDD

4: JCLCheck for MSP definitions from CA90s
    - Prod(J6) statement from KEYS
    - PRODUCT(CA-JCLCHECK) statement from PARMLIB
    - STEPLIB on CAS9 proc
