How can we hide access to the My projects portlet or Project list page in Classic?

We want to hide the access to the projects to enforce the Modern UX usage. How can we do that?

Resolution

Global right Projects - Navigate Allows resource to access the Project List page and to the My Projects portlet in Classic UI

Project Management - Tiles Navigate
Project Management - Navigate

The above will give access to projects in Modern UX
