Connection profile details are not appeared for new users in TDM Portal

I have created a new user in TDM portal and assigned required roles and project along with connection profiles to this new user.

After login as a new user, unable to see connection profile details in portal. Please resolve the issue.

Connection details are appeared to the user who has permissions to edit the connection information.

As the connections are created by admin user, newly added users can not edit these details. But, they can use the connections in Generators and Publish sections.

Because of this connection profiles are not appeared for new users in TDM portal.
