Spectrum VNA Discovery stuck in "Discovery in Progress" State

Issue/Introduction

When running VNA discovery after upgrading to 21.2.8 the process remains in the "Discovery in Progess" status and never completes.

Resolution

The value in the SDN_Enabled_OC_Server attribute on the SDN Manager model was configured with the fully qualified hostname. The local hostname was not fully qualified. The customer changed the SDN_Enabled_OC_Server attribute to match the local hostname and restarted tomcat.
