Unable to Log into EEM console after installation. Getting EE_AUTHFAILED authentication Failed error

Issue/Introduction

We recently got the igateway services to start running and now when trying to connect to the interface, we get the following error message "EE_AUTHFAILED Authentication Failed" "ISE_FORBIDDEN have authentication credentials, but not authorized". I have attached a screenshot of the message. 

 

 

Environment

Release : 12.6

Component : Embedded Entitlements Manager

Resolution

The checkbox next to Use SSO authentication was checked on the login screen. This is a new install of EEM and the configuration and integration with SSO or LDAP has not been set up yet. Un-checked the checkbox next to SSO authentication and now user is able to successfully log into EEM.
