Issue/Introduction

Computers are moving a lot between DOMAINs.

Location awareness table is set to assign the correct scalability servers with range of ipaddress.

 

Environment

Client Automation - All Versions

Cause

At startup of computer, Windows initializes all services and ipaddress could change mutliple times. 

When ipaddress changed is detected, Location awareness is executed and a new scalability server is assigned. If Scalability Server belongs to another DOMAIN a Domain Move task is created

Resolution

Execute following command on the Agent to delay the startup of caf 

sc config caf start= delayed-auto

This will reduce the number of detected ipaddress change at startup of Windows and reduce the number of Location awareness execution script.
