Issue/Introduction

When enabling the POPULATE NULL VALUES WITH THE DEFAULT option in Clarity at attribute level, after saving, it reverts back.
What is the functionality of that option?

Resolution

In order to populate null values, a default value must be given at the attribute level.
Any object instance that existed prior to the attribute default set can be BLANK unless manually specified
Once a default value has been set, you can enable the POPULATE NULL VALUES WITH THE DEFAULT checkbox.
The Clarity object instances that exist at the DB level will be populated with the default value.
The Object attribute level checkbox will be reverted.
If at object attribute level, the default value is removed then any new Clarity object instances will not populate that column.
At any time if NULL values exist and a default value is to be set, the POPULATE NULL VALUES WITH THE DEFAULT checkbox will need to be checked again.
The checkbox is reverted at each time the save action is done
