Issue/Introduction

REST API calls getCredential and xxx do not return custom attributes and

 

Example getCredential: 

If we call the FetchCredential request via SOAP request against the Issuance service the information is shown correctly. 

Example verify Credentials

Verify via SOAP request returns the attributes

1. verify credential call should always return txnId. Also in the case of error or unsuccessful authentication. Currently only errorCode and errorMessage is returned in case of unsuccess.

2. verify credential call should return additional attributes in notes

3. The patched war should be prepared to apply on 9.1.03 (SP3) meaning we need the patch on top of SP3 only. No need to have the patch for earlier releases.
