OPSMVS POST to CA7 connected with a different TERMID

Issue/Introduction

We have a weekly set of jobs that are in the CA7 queue and the requirements are Posted by OPSMVS.

Not sure why OPS connected to CA7 with a TTERM instead of a CTERM this week?

The customer found the issue.  The OPS rexx was changed to never use Production and only Devl.
