Jaspersoft server is not starting after the DB migration during the upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Clarity PPM has been upgraded from version 15.9.1 to 16.0.1. Jaspersoft Server's Database has been moved from MS SQL Server version 2016 to version 2019. After doing this, it is noticed that the Jaspersoft Server does not start. The version of Jaspersoft Server being used is 7.1.3.

Cause

Jaspersoft Server version 7.1.3 is not compatible with MS SQL Server version 2019.

Resolution

Upgrade Jaspersoft Server also from version 7.1.3 to 7.8. Version 7.8 is compatible with MS SQL Server version 2019.
