With a Chorus Software Manager Top Secret install, does it have all current CARS installed?

Do all current CARS level come installed when installing Top Secret through Chorus Software Manager?

The CARS Levels would have to be applied on top of the Top Secret install which is also in Chorus and a few clicks away.
