ABEND S0C4 AFTER DYNAMIC UPGRADE FROM TLMS R12.6 TO R14.0

Issue/Introduction

After dynamically upgrading to TLMS R140 on our test system, we are encountering tape job issues. One tape job produced a dump with ABEND=S0C4, other tape jobs just sit waiting for a tape mount.

Cause

After a dynamic upgrade from TLMS r12.6 to r14.0, a S0C4 abend  
may occur during WTO SSI processing of a tape mount message.    
This is because of storage being referenced with the new        
increased length of the CA TLMS Mount_List_Element_Table        
v/s the length of the r12.6 Mount_List_Element_Table            
                                                                
Also during a Dynamic upgrade from TLMS 12.6 to TLMS 14.0,      
it is possible that a X'18' byte overlay could occur if the     
last entry in the TLMS Mount_List_Element_Table is cleared with 
the length defined in R14.0.
