Google Captcha not working when viewed from a Mobile device.

Issue/Introduction

From a desktop browser Google CAPTCHA displays as expected, but if accessed from mobile google captcha is not appearing.

but the Mobile View does not include CAPTCHA:

Release Identity Manager 14.4, 14.5

Resolution

The Captcha component not rendering on mobile browsers could be due to the Proxy configuration
(IP Admin Console -> Setup -> General Configuration -> reCaptcha -> Proxy URL).

Please check the proxy logs to ensure that the call "https://<<PROXY-DOMAIN>>/recaptcha/api.js?onload=onloadCallback&render=explicit" is being redirected to "https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js?onload=onloadCallback&render=explicit". 

 

Please check and ensure that there are no proxy rules that restrict access from mobile devices.
