After migration the monitor perspective does not show jobs

Issue/Introduction

After migrating, the monitor page/view does not show jobs that were run on their server before the migration. Is this normal? 

 

Environment

Release : 12.1

Component : Workload Automation DE 

Cause

Active data is not migrated. This is why you are unable to see the data from the Monitor -> Subscribe view. So, it is normal for you to not see jobs in Monitor that were run before the migration.

Resolution

Historical data is transferred (if you chose to) during the migration method. This makes the data available via Services -> Reports.
