After assigning the Office 365 role successfully, when trying to log in to it from the Internet, we get the below message. The mailbox is not getting created, even though the IDM connector is not throwing an error.

The accounts were missing the mailbox only because they had not been licensed.
Apply Microsoft license. Check the Additional info section for the detail
