How to approve a sender only for Newsletter/Marketing emails

Issue/Introduction

You would like to whitelist a sender only for newsletter/marketing emails under Anti-Spam services.

Environment

Email Security.cloud

Cause

An email was flagged/blocked for Newsletter detection by the Anti-Spam service.

Resolution

In order to bypass the Newsletter detection, add the sending email address, domain or IP address under Dashboard> Services > Antispam > Approved senders.

Check Newsletter from the option & leave others unchecked.
