Removing Duplicate Old Agents from ACC:
We have been upgrading agents and changing agent names and process names. When a new agent connects, we end up with a bunch of old ones. It is cluttering up ACC.
Want to remove older invalid names due to change from list. Not seeing an option.
Please instruct on how to remove duplicate old, invalid agents
Configuration - can select "Only Active"
Release : SAAS
The old or obsolete agents should be already listed as away/inactive and could be filtered out via the "Only Active" list option.
Inactive agents are usually being removed after 7 days.
