Issue/Introduction

  1. 10.5.2 Registry connects to 10.7.2 Enterprise dashboard/IAM without any configuration change? It seems like there are some files copied over to 10.6 from 10.7.2 if 10.6 registry is being used.

  1. For Enterprise Dashboard/IAM, all DB migrated and connected to 10.7.2? We are using Oracle, Derby.
  2. From Registry, Do we need to delete edport2iam file from devtest before upgrade?
  3. Any other things to know to upgrade from 10.5.2 to 10.7.2?

Resolution

Make a copy of the below files from 10.7.2 <LISA_HOME>/lib/shared directory  to  any folder in the 10.5.2 machine.  

  • iam-client-1.4.5.jar     
  • keycloak-authz-client-15.0.0.jar
  • keycloak-client-registration-api-15.0.0.jar
  • keycloak-common-15.0.0.jar
  • keycloak-core-15.0.0.jar

 

Then,   copy the 10,7,2 jar files to  10.5.2 <LISA_HOME>/lib/patches folder.  Restart  Registry.

Start the other components.
