Issue/Introduction

The firewall uses IP address-based rules.  With the change to the IP address of eapi.broadcom.com, is there a single document which lists all the host names, as well as any IP addresses, which should be set up in our firewall? 

This would allow to make sure to have the correct entries needed as well as removing obsolete ones.

CSM 6.0 - z/OS supported releases - 

 

Resolution

There is NOT a single document which lists all the hostnames as well as IP addresses. 

You can ping the hostnames to get the IP addresses. The IP address from the ping should be accurate.

For example: 
eapi.broadcom.com is: 141.202.0.16

supportftp.broadcom.com is for sending us dumps and the IP address is 141.202.253.54

ftp.ca.com is 141.202.253.50.
