Customer is reporting no information is being displayed in the "Projected Violation" Column.
No changes to the environment reported.
This was previously working.
We tried restarting the SDM service and clearing the browser cache.
Release : 17.x
pdm_status shows that the Time-to-Violation (ttv_nxd) was not running.
The following options are missing in the nx.env file:
@NX_TTV_ENABLED=ttv_nxd
@NX_TTV_EVALUATION_DELAY=60
In Service Desk Manager check Administration > Options Manager > Time-to-Violation
Ensure the ttv_enabled option is installed.
Also check the other options under "Time-to-Violation" and ensure they are in the desired status.
