Here is the compatibility of the below products with IBM Enterprise Cobol for z/OS Version 6.3: 

CA Common Services for z/OS: 
CA COMMON SERVICES does not depend on COBOL (ENTERPRISE COBOL), so there are no issues with COBOL 6.3. 

CA SYSVIEW Performance Management: 
SYSVIEW does not depend on COBOL version so there are no issues with COBOL 6.3. 

CA OPS/MVS Event Management and Automation:
There are no issues referenced using COBOL 6.3.
