OneClick performance issues with Spectrum 21.2.8

Issue/Introduction

OneClick performance issues seen with Spectrum 21.2.8. For example:

- Information in the List tab filling in slowlyu

- Slow navigation between different views and Topologies

- Topologies filling in slowly

- Information in subviews filling in slowly

- OneClick "freezing" anywhere from a few minutes to up to a minute
