Issue/Introduction

Installed and configured Jasper Reports 7.5 on a Windows server.  Used IP address and port to originally connect and configure from the server where it's installed.  Tried setting up SSL with custom URL.  It didn't work.  I commented out SSL Connector in server.xml and commented out "Confidential" setting in web.xml to set it back to ootb setting but can't connect using the original address.

Original URL that worked to configure:
http://x.x.x.48:8080/jasperserver-pro

Error Now with Port:
No webpage found
http://x.x.x.48:8080/jasperserver-pro

Error Now without Port:
Refused to connect
http://x.x.x.48/jasperserver-pro

I'm still working on it but any ideas?  I'm just trying to connect from the browser on the machine where Jasper Reports is installed.

Resolution

Identity Manager currently supports Jaspersoft 7.1.1.

We don't provide an Identity Manager CABI installer for 7.5 because there is no support for 7.5, though Jaspersoft 8 is expected to be supported in 14.4 CP2 when released by end of (North America) summer 2022

It's possible that 7.5 will work fine with IDM 14.4, though we cannot guarantee compatibility, but in order to get 7.5 working in the first place you might want to check out the Jasper Community for assistance

If you acquired Jasper Reporting 7.5 from TIBCO you probably have a license or support contract and can leverage their support site:
