GET /jquery-3.2.1.js HTTP/1.1 404 not found errors with Web Viewer 12.1

Issue/Introduction

Users are reporting delays logging in to Web Viewer 12.1 Build 211.  Delay is usually when using the Edge browser.  Sometimes clearing cache eliminates the delays.  Tomcat log shows 404 errors on :

"GET /jquery-3.2.1.js HTTP/1.1" 404 981

"GET /favicon.ico HTTP/1.1" 404 973

Noticed a message at bottom left of browser which said "performing a TLS handshake to code.jquery.com" during one delay.

I see build 215 has a fix for jquery.  Would that possibly address the delays?

Component : OUTPUT MANAGEMENT WEB VIEWER FOR ALL PLATFORMS

Resolution

Apply the latest maintenance for Web Viewer. which includes LU02847 cumulative build 215 which has a fix for jquery plus vulnerability fixes..  This resolved the problem.
