Issue/Introduction

Does the ESP/AAI integration allow for submission of jobs for Definitions Data other than through FTP to JES?

Release : 6.4.0

Component : AUTOMIC AUTOMATION INTELLIGENCE INTEGRATION FOR ESP - MF

Resolution

The ESP Adapter no longer uses FTP to JES, instead it is now using, “write JCL to Internal Reader”.

 

The MvsJobSubmitter is called underneath from the ESP Adapter which is a Java application running on USS.
