Looking for Guidance on using xog to populate lookup

Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to populate values for static lookup via XOG? We are looking for some guidance / tips & tricks. 

We are populating values for PRTIMEENTRY_USER_LOV1 and PRTIMEENTRY_USER_LOV2 and noticed that when we are trying to xog in the same values with the same IDs, we expect it will throw errors, instead it created duplicated values (same name and IDs as the first load).  How can we prevent this from happening?

Also, is there a way to remove these duplicated values using xog?

Resolution

It is possible to create lookup values via XOG using contentPack content_pack_read.xml or content_pack_write.xml. It is not possible to delete value from statix lookup but values can be inactivated by setting status="inactive" in the XOG and update back to Clarity.
