iDash Workload Automation for CA 7

Issue/Introduction

Our security group has asked us to change the password complexity of our AD accounts. All accounts need to have a randomly generated 30-character complex password. This password can contain any character and/or symbol. Also, the password is generated for us via a password safe which syncs the password to AD.

Since the password has been updated, there have been problems accessing the system via AD accounts. This seems to happen after reboots or applications recycle. Updating the password in the admin tool seems to fix the issue until the next recycle. Is there a problem with the system retrieving a password or this length/complexity from the database?
