No Products Available on Product Selection deploying JMR

Issue/Introduction

We are trying to deploy JMR to our sandbox machine but I get stuck at the screen below. There are no options to select from??? 

Environment

Release : 6.1

Component : Chorus Software Manager

Resolution

Product JMR is not installable and deployable with CSM. The deployment must be done manually outside CSM.
