After clearing monitor cache all views have zero jobs

Issue/Introduction

After running the utility

./wcc_config.sh -u <userid> -p <password> -d ALL

all views had zero jobs.

 

Environment

Release : 11.4

Component : WORKLOAD CONTROL CENTER

Resolution

WCC cluster exists of 4 members, stop all 4 members and restart only one.

Views got their jobs back.

Restart remaining 3 WCC servers.
