Robot Deployment via Operator Console is always grayed out

Issue/Introduction

No matter what device I select I am unable to get the Robot Deployment to activate in Operator Console inventory.

Environment

Release : 20.4

Component : UIM - Operator Console Inventory

Resolution

The Robot Deployment function now does checks to make sure that it will be able to carry out the requested robot installation.

-validate that you first have discovered the device via Setup Wizard

Once discovered you should be able to then select the Robot Deployment option after selecting the newly discovered device on the inventory page.
