CA Harvest Software Change Manager

Issue/Introduction

We had an user that could not see any packages or processes in her project. Could only see ‘My Created Packages’.

When I logged on to her account everything looks ok.

Release : 14.0

Component : CA Harvest Software Change Manager

Resolution

Once make sure the client is installed, and you connected to the same broker using her account and see things, you can have her shut down Workbench on the problematic machine, delete the C:\Users\<userid>\.cascm folder and start Workbench back up.
