Create New Masking Function Group missing 'Make available to other attributes' checkbox in Tag View of TDM Portal 4.10

Issue/Introduction

We upgraded to TDM Portal 4.10 and noticed that when we are in TDM Portal - Data Masking Configuration - Tag View, and create a new Masking Function Group, the 'Make available to other attributes' checkbox is missing. We don't have a way to make the new masking function group available to other attributes.

Resolution

This is working as designed. This checkbox will be hidden, in the Tag view.  By default, when you create a new Masking Function Group, the new function is tagged globally to the Primary Tag, so any table within the project and version that uses that Primary tag will be able to use the new masking function.
