Error generating JSON file - TDM Portal

Issue/Introduction

Attached is information regarding the generation of a JSON file by the TDM portal.
In these evidences, we have two TDM portal environments, in the document we are showing
that in one environment the JSON generation with generator works correctly and in a second environment we are
with problems where errors are presented in the export/generation of the file.

 

We are also sending the log file. We need support to resolve the issue.

Environment

Release : 4.9.435.0

Component : TDM Web Portal

Resolution

There is a code issue that has been resolved in 4.9.437.0.  Need to install that version or the latest.
