The Sort Order on Static Dependent Lookups is wrong in MUX

Issue/Introduction

Using a static dependent lookup with manual sort order, this sort order is not shown correctly when using this lookup in a field on MUX Projects. Defining manual sort order in static dependent lookup values should be reflected in MUX as well as in Classic UX. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create a static dependent lookup 
2. Define manual sort order for these entries 
3. Create a project attribute using this lookup and enable it for MUX 
4. Add the field to a blueprint and associate a project to the blueprint 
5. Add the field to the project properties view too 
6. Open a project in Classic UI and browse the lookup 
7. Lookup values are shown in manual order set 
8. Open the project in MUX and browse the lookup 

Expected Results: Values are shown in the defined sort order on the Static Dependent Lookup. 

Actual Results: Values are NOT shown in the defined sort order on the Static Dependent Lookup.
