Unable to launch AAI thick Client in mumtiple environments.

Issue/Introduction

The Jaws server seems to be running fine.

The JNLP file while launching gives the error "The Automic Automation Intelligence (AAI) Server is currently unavailable."

The java console has the following error

11:53:03.509 ERROR [org.xnio.listener] XNIO001007: A channel event listener threw an exception java.io.IOError: java.io.FileNotFoundException: Invalid file path

The java version is 1.8 build 331

 

Environment

Release : 6.4.2-1

 

Resolution

The issue is caused by a but in Java version 1.8 build 331   in the client where we launch the jaws.jnlp file.

Invoking the Client

The problem is not seen in the build 1.8.333

So in order to fix this issue please either downgrade the java version or upgrade it to build 333 on the AAI client machines.
