Launching of any new window within TCP Service Web Portal fails at PAM version 4.0

Issue/Introduction

Upgrading to PAM version 4.0, customers reported that from a Symantec Web Browser they were unable to launch another window from within a PAM Web Portal session (configured as a TCP/UDP Service). 

This document describes the issue using Oracle Virtual Manager (OVM) configured as a TCP/UDP service in PAM as shown below (configuration screens shared)

On trying to launch the OVM console by clicking on the console icon as shown in the  screen below

A error "Server Disconnected (code 1006)" screen is presented as shown in the screen below and OVM console is not displayed.

Upgrade to  PAM version 4.0 (this version introduced this issue)

Resolution

Upgrade to  PAM version 4.0.1 (this version corrected this issue)
