MTC-M error accessing LPAR via HTTP: "End of data during tcp/ip handshaking"

Issue/Introduction

Vantage 14.1 was successfully installed and customized, but when I access Vantage using the MTC-M Client via HTTP,  I get the following error message in MTC-M: 

"End of data during tcp/ip handshaking"

The Web Client STC also shows the following error:

Cause

The incorrect Port number is being used in the MTC-M Host definition.

Resolution

The problem is resolved by correcting the Port number used in the MTC-M Host definition so that it matches the Port number of the base Vantage task.
