Even though the Content Analysis Software (CAS) accepts special characters:
` ~ @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ = + { } ; ' " , < . > / ! | \ ?
when trying to input the password over remote services such as:
Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), WebEx, Jump Server, etc,
the CAS does not appear to accept the password.

Remote services may interpret special characters differently than local input.
There is no resolution for this issue. You need to find out which special characters do not work for your remote services and not use them for your CAS password.
For example, the characters:
! | \ ?
are interpreted differently with Jump servers, so avoid those characters as passwords for you CAS.
