Unable to set MUX as landing page, and deeplinks on SAML do not work (On Premise Only)

Issue/Introduction

Setting up SAML on an On Premise installation, how to set Modern UX as a landing page? Currently it always redirects to Classic.

Also the users have to be logged in before accessing a deeplink or bookmark.

• This is affecting On Premise with direct link URL in browser 
• It can only be made to work from a tile in the IDP 
• Enhancements requested:
  • Ability to use direct link to Modern UX with SSO (without removing the direct link to Classic). i.e. use both links https://SERVERNAME/niku and https://SERVERNAME/pm directly from browser
  • Ability to set up deeplinks to Modern UX for use in bookmarks, notifications, integrations, URLs
  • Ability to set up deeplinks for Classic in OP setups (currently not working as per DE64489 Deeplinks do not work with SSO)
  • Ability to set MUX as Landing page. This currently only works for SAAS but not OP

Release : 15.9.3, 16.0, 16.0.1, 16.0.2

Resolution

• This is added in 16.1.0 and available in 16.0.3 as beta (confirmed it works)

Enable the feature SSO_BOOKMARKS

1. Run the command:

admin toggle-feature SSO_BOOKMARKS 1

2. Restart all services
