Issue/Introduction

User is unable to give an elevate command to another user.
This is an example of the command issued.

1- TSS CREATE(PROSUB) TYPE(PROFILE) NAME('SUBMIT TEMPORANEO') DEPT(DIPSYS)
2- TSS PER(PROSUB) JESJOBS(SUBMIT.) ACCESS(READ)
3- TSS ADD(TAMZ) TAMCLASS(PERSUB) PROFILE(PROSUB) TIMEBOX(480) TAMDESC('ABILITAZIONE TEMPORANEA SUBMIT') TICKREQ(NO)
4- TSS PERMIT(SYSST) CATAM(TAM.ELEVATE.PERSUB.) 

Issuing the Elevate command causes 
-TSS0203E  YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED FOR THIS TSS FUNCTION
-TSS0301I  ELEVATE  FUNCTION FAILED, RETURN CODE =  4

Resolution

At Ptf level SO04066 of module TSSAUTH1, elevating another user is not allowed. 

It is allowed at the SO06391 Ptf level.
