CA Service Desk Manager version 17.3 .0.11 is installed, when creating an incident, tenants that are inactive are being displayed, and only active tenants should be seen, this causes confusion for the user when seeing information that they should not see.
We should only see 3 tenants that are active, but in this case all of them are displayed.
The disabled Tenants are members of the active Tenants Group
Removed the disabled Tenants from membership Group of the active Tenants. The disable Tenants are no longer visible from Service Desk Manager UI.
